Arnold Lumber Company is expanding its design team and is seeking an experienced Graphics & Web Designer with a passion for creativity, quality, and innovation to join a dynamic team of creative minds who are redefining marketing with cutting-edge concepts and new ways of communicating ideas.

Arnold Lumber Company is a full-service lumberyard offering building materials, a full line of masonry supplies, cabinetry, and a Kitchen & Bath Design Center Showroom. Our exclusive furniture division, Seaside Casual Furniture manufactures outdoor furniture out of EnviroWood, an all-weather, low-maintenance, eco-friendly material made from recycled bottles and jugs leading the industry with its award-winning designs.
What this position offers
The design professional we seek will be involved in all phases of design from the initial concept through completion. This position offers versatility ranging from concept branding to digital design and layout, print collateral, photo manipulation, and beyond. Our ideal candidate is someone with a keen eye for design and is comfortable working solo in the zone as well as in a brainstorming group or creative session.
What you need to excel in this position:
You work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, are highly organized, and strive for creative polished results. Composed with refined skills ranging from print design to creating web design and development, copywriting, photography, and videography. Thrives in a highly collaborative environment where no two days are alike.
Experience desired:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant Graphic & Web Design management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design or Marketing
- Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, SQL is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign/Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, and MS Office Suite
- Copywriting, proofreading and editing skills, strongly preferred
