Preferred Home Care of New York, A licensed Home Care Agency, serving the NY Metropolitan area and beyond, is seeking a Patient Support Supervisor for our Brooklyn Corporate Office. The Patient Support Supervisor plays an integral role ensuring our promise to provide excellent care to our patients and a rewarding work environment for all staff is upheld at all times. Requirements:
- Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts
- Experience investigating and recording incidents
- Possess advanced excel skills; use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data.
- Prior leadership experience
- Understanding of home care policies and procedures is a plus not required
- Proficient in Customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Encourage and monitor the workflow of the Patient Support team
- Report, escalate, and be a part of the solution as issues arise
- Communicate with regulatory bodies as the representative of Preferred Home Care
- Pulling and compiling reports to flag any aides not following company policies properly.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
