Ground Hand/General Labor Job at DCOMM, INC
Individuals will perform a variety of tasks at work sites. Some tasks require basic skills and can be learned quickly while other tasks require considerable experience or training. General laborers are often required to work outside in all kinds of weather conditions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
These key duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with general maintenance of the grounds
- Assisting personnel and daily duties
- Support operations including assisting with loading of trucks
- Parts/supply courier
- Safe operation of several types of mobile equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and Drug Test
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. as needed with or without assistance
- Ability to set up & maintain safe work areas
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Team-oriented, an effective communicator (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities appropriately
- Understanding that our company functions as a cohesive operation, and often employees serve in many roles and various functions or capacities
Salary: Weekly Pay, $14-20 hourly, Depending on Experience.
