We’re growing and looking for an Outside Property Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone eager to take on general maintenance/handyperson tasks which can include minor plumbing & electrical, some landscaping and light carpentry, troubleshooting. The ability to work quickly and cleanly is a plus. Able to multi-task, while working well with others. Ever the professional, a willingness to be organized, take direction, follow instructions and stay cool under pressure are all big plusses. We are looking for someone who is proud of their work, pays attention to detail and is interested in working in a place where there is never a dull moment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Willingness to assist senior maintenance staff with projects and tasks as assigned.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength, ability to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted
• Ability to operate equipment such as a lawn mower, power tools, etc.
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping, emptying storage units/rental moveouts) and other tasks as assigned (painting, light carpentry, etc.)
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (e.g., replace light bulbs, replace smoke alarms,etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.

Helpful to have own basic hand tools, your own transportation, High school/GED required. Salary DOE, expect 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F work week. EEO/AAF employer.
