Hair Stylist - On-Site Job at White Oak Manor York
Stylist Contracted Services Needed for our long-term healthcare facility located in York South Carolina
White Oak Manor, York agrees to provide the followin :
- Refer all residents for Stylist services as needed, when requested, or as regularly scheduled with the scope of resident rights, request for service, and needs.
- Provide Stylist with clean and up to date and appropriate workspace, maintain equipment and provide general needs as they arise and are agreed upon by both parties.
- Compensate Stylist for services rendered at agreed contract per policy.
- Assistant working with Stylist is a licensed beautician and provide the same services as the beautician.
- Communicate with Beautician any problems, recommendations or comments regarding residents as related to services rendered.
Requirements:
- Provide Stylist services to White Oak Manor Charlotte residents on a set agreed upon schedule, must be reliable and dependable.
- Provide the facility with a listing of all residents receiving services rendered.
- Provide all supplies for Stylist services at agreed contract per policy.
- Communicate with facility staff any problems, recommendations, or comments regarding residents as related to services rendered.
- Current Beautician License - within work area provided by the facility.
- Maintain Certificate of Insurance per facility required agreement
Hours will vary based on Resident's needs.
HIPAA MINIMUM NECESSARY: Responsible to adhere to HIPAA MINIMUM NECESSARY guidelines and safeguard protected health information.
