Handy Man
Integrated Community Services (ICS) is currently looking for an experience Handy Man to keep up our level of commitment to safety. In this role, the successful candidate will perform minor home repairs for 9 group homes. The ideal applicant must be a friendly, self-starter who is honest and has a flexible weekend schedule in case of emergencies.
Tasks:
- Coordinating inspections, pest-control, etc.
- Monthly physical site inspections
- Painting interior walls (mostly touch-up or single wall)
- Minor electrical repair
- Minor drywall repair
- Basic HVAC problem identification
- Basic plumbing problem identification
Compensation: $15 an hour
Flexible hours
Qualifications:
- Should possess a valid drivers’ license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience with minor home and maintenance repair
