Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrating exceptional knowledge of product
- Managing internet sales leads and follow up
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
- Responding to Internet Lead service requests promptly
- Be a liaison between customers and the service department
- Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
- Create and maintain internet business process
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Qualifications
- Automotive Sales experience required
- Strong computer skills, ELead CRM experience preferred
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
- Great attitude with high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
