We have extraordinary employees with a passion and enthusiasm to exceed the expectations of each patient we serve, each visit, every day—and that could include you.Elara Caring is looking for a passionate Hospice Registered Nurse After Hours /Call/ Weekends to join our elite team of healthcare professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time.The Hospice After Hours Visit/On-Call Registered Nurse is a trained professional nurse who delivers nursing care to patients assigned to be seen in the evening or after hours. . This is accomplished by making regular visits to patients where they reside, providing patient/family clinical and psychosocial needs in accordance with attending physician’s orders and the inter-disciplinary team (IDT) plan of care. This position requires the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, other inter-disciplinary team (IDT) members and, if the patient lives in a nursing home, with the nursing facility staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: · EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.· EXPERIENCE: Minimum one (1) year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or hospice environment is preferred.· CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Current State License as a Registered Nurse.·· TRANSPORTATION: Reliable transportation and valid insurance coverage. · TRAVEL: 50% travel.Apply with Elara Caring today!
