Job Description
Our Chick-fil-A restaurant is growing and we’re looking for full- and part-time team members to provide a remarkable experience for our guests. You will provide this experience by focusing on delivering quality food to our guests with fast and accurate service and genuine hospitality.
We provide all training you need to get started. In the front-of-house, you will take guests’ orders, prepare beverages, and serve guests in our dining room, maintaining high-quality, hospitable service for each and every guest. Between tasks, you will support store operations by performing other activities such as re-stocking product and cleaning.
Applicants must be capable of physically demanding tasks, including, but not limited to: lifting 30-50 lbs., lifting above the head, repetitive motion, and standing for extended periods of time. Hospitality professionals may expect to be outdoors for several hours per shift, year-round (with proper safety gear). Reasonable accommodation(s) will be considered upon request.

Standard Team Member Requirements ($15.50/hour)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pursue intentional growth by preparing for and taking evaluations
- Focus on maintaining high accuracy, speed, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Available and willing to work 12+ hours a week
- Must be available some portion of Friday or Saturday
- A desire to work hard to serve others
- A love for people
Premium Team Member Requirements ($17/hour)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pursue intentional growth by preparing for and taking evaluations
- Focus on maintaining high accuracy, speed, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Available and willing to work 35+ hours a week
- Able and willing to open and/or close 3+ days a week
- Must be available at least 6 hours on Friday and Saturday
- Year-round Premium availability
- A desire to work hard in serving others

Further wage increases will be earned by team members who pursue evaluations and training. Each new level provides a $0.25-$0.50 raise. Evaluations are requested by the team member when they feel ready, and most take their first evaluation 30-60 days from starting. Motivated Premium team members could be making $18/hour before 90 days by pursuing intentional growth and owning their training.
About Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A Hillsboro is a multi-unit organization (Chick-fil-A Tanasbourne and Chick-fil-A Tualatin Valley Hwy and 67th Ave locations) owned and operated by Brian Hogan. Growing up, Brian lived in the Willow Creek neighborhood in Hillsboro before moving away at a young age. When he was 16, he started working at a Chick-fil-A in North Carolina. Brian loved serving people at Chick-fil-A, so when he decided he wanted to own a business, he worked to become an Operator. This led him back to Hillsboro, where he now lives with his wife, Jaclyn, and their three daughters.
Brian's mission is to show a spirit of Care to each and every person who joins his team or experiences Chick-fil-A at his restaurants through his passion for people, love for everyone, helping his team grow personally and professionally, and making good-quality chicken!
The Tanasbourne location opened March 2016, and the TV Hwy location opened April 2022. -
