** This is a tipped position with an hourly rate of $16-$18 plus tips. The wage range of $28-$30 stated is the minimum expected earnings per hour when tips are added. **

Who is Lola? Lola is the ultimate hostess who welcomes guests in an expressive and warm manner. She is a proud Latina who loves people and enjoys hosting a fabulous party. She gracefully and rhythmically moves through the dining room as she seats guests, takes photos with them and sometimes dances with them. She’s outgoing, confident and physically expressive, gesturing with her hands and eyes. She is as comfortable speaking Spanish and English, and often speaks “Spanglish”. Lola helps Cuba Libre’s guests have fun.

Job Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of experience as a hostess in a fast paced restaurant
• Be at least 5'4'' tall.
• Must be comfortable taking pictures with our guests
• Slim, fit body (dress size 2-6). Costume will be provided
• To have long wavy brown, red or auburn hair (or can wear a wig provided)
• Be able to spontaneously dance salsa, merengue and bachata with guests (professional level dance skills not required)
• Be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

**There are a set number of Lola shifts available and additional shifts as an uncostumed hostess are available at the base hourly rate. Quarterly makeup stipend*
