We're looking for a Housekeeper to help maintain our offices, restrooms and common areas. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and have the initiative to report problems in the building to the maintenance team. They will be responsible for cleaning and organizing restrooms, reception area, executive offices and conference rooms in a timely manner. The most successful candidates will possess a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, floors, and disposing of trash
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to withstand the cleaning environment including the disinfection of various fluids
- Background check is required
