Human Resource Manager
Multi Site Medical Practice seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team! Working with our dedicated and experienced management team, you will perform activities in human resources, including benefits management, labor and regulatory guidance, leadership and support for recruiting, onboarding and retaining high quality staff and team members.
Responsibilities:
· Oversite of negotiations and selection of benefit providers, administering and processing employee benefits for a pediatric practice with over 190 employees
· Provide expertise and support to supervisors and managers with on-boarding and training processes for new employees
· Maintain up to date employment practices and appropriate employee handbook
· Provide leadership to the management team about coaching and developing managers and other team members
· Provide management with requested reports and documents
· Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and other practice related activities
· Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources and Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Team player, able to collaborate with and support others; Ability to build rapport with all employees;
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and ability to develop check and balance systems
- Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize, a sense of urgency, flexibility, and a positive approach to problem solving within a fast paced environment;
- Proven track record of Excellent Customer Service skills;
- Ability to work in a highly variable work environment;
- Desire and ability to take on special projects;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
