Staffmark is seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in HR practices and a passion for people.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support the administration of benefits and compensation programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes and support the development of staff.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes.
  • Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.


Qualifications:


  • Bilingual
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS).
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
