pureIntegration is looking for a talented Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team! In the commercial Information Technology sector, this role provides an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic organization. As Leader of Human Resources (“HR”), you will be responsible for delivering core HR services, including; strategic business planning and partnering, staffing, employee relations, coaching and organizational development.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Serve as the liaison between PI and the PEO vendor, managing relationship to attain value to PI from all PEO services
  • Serve as subject matter expert in all HR and recruiting related matters
  • Recommend, amend and drive improvement to human resources systems, policies and processes by continuing to stay abreast of the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices / trends to influence the business
  • Partner with the business to identify, develop and drive key initiatives such as leadership development, talent management, change management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee and career development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and coaching (employee and manager)
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with leadership, directors and workforce to innovate, enhance, align and drive the effectiveness of HR initiatives
  • Partner with the business to understand and make recommendations on current and future staffing and talent acquisition needs
  • Manage employee experience and engagement programs and initiatives, leveraging assistance from HR Generalist and Operations team.
  • Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
  • Manage immigration process for identified employees, working in collaboration with legal advisors.
  • Lead bi-annual performance management process
  • Identify and coordinate the training needs of employees to facilitate growth and development of PI’s internal talent.
  • Understand and ensure HR and TA compliance
  • Own preparation of metrics reporting and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant experience in lieu of education, one year experience for every year of college.
  • Experience: 5+ years of people management / HR experience, preferrably in the information technology or consulting industries.
  • Prior experience including organizational development, HR administration and business support required
  • Willingness to do the hands-on work
  • Knowledge of professional best practices and industry trends as they apply to all HR related functions and responsibilities required
  • Knowledge and understanding of the technical areas of Human Resources
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • At least intermediate-level computer skills with Microsoft business applications software
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills for researching, analyzing, developing, and leading in the implementation of Human Resources related programs and recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management, vendor, or agency personnel, including a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personnel and corporate dynamics
  • HR Certified preferred
