Work with Licensed DDD ie The Division of Developmental Disabilities Contracted Vendor agencies to help support the members living in DDD Group Homes Adult and Children Developmental Homes ie ADH and CDH and Nursing Supported Group Homes. As well as individuals living with Family or on there own as Well as DCS Department or Child Safety as well as Behavioral Health Agencies and BH Treatment Facilities

Position Requirements

Most live in the state of Arizona

Most Be Familiar with the Arizona Division of developmental disabilities

Most have 6 to 8 years experience with Partnership consulting in social services

Most have 8 to 12 years of experience working in social services

Most have a valid Drivers license

Most be able to work from home 50% of the time and have

Most be able to work as a subcontractor in the social service ie Human Services industry

Most have 8 to 11 years working with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities and working with various types of human services related individuals

Must have 9 to 12 years A freelance work experience

Must live in the state of Arizona

Must have 8 to 11 years of Social work Consulting experience

Most be willing to come up with your own flat fees for clients this includes Families individuals with disabilities and social work agencies and professionals as well as build your own client Caseload Revenue

Must Live and be willing to travel on certain days. in the North Valley and South Valley areas of Arizona.
