Job Description

Summary/Objective

Install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial establishments.

Salary Requirements:$18-$49 Per/Hr. Depending on experience

Essential Functions

Responsibilities

• Complete all general HVAC in-home, maintenance

• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services

• Ask the right lifestyle questions to create opportunity for heating and cooling accessories

• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans

• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under performing systems

• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals

• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referral and repeat business

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck

• Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area.

• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows.

• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.

• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This job operates in residential homes and commercial business environments. This role routinely uses basic hand tools such as torches, pumps, gauges, multimeters, pressure indicators, power saws and operates standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. All Hours Plumbing, Heating and Air is a 24/7 hour business. Work schedules will vary to meet business demands

Required Education and Expertise

• Prior experience in HVAC

• High school diploma or GED

• Drivers license and clean driving record

• 3-5+ Years experience

Preferred Education and Expertise

• Prior experience in plumbing and HVAC

• Working knowledge of ServiceTitan, Slack, and Google G Suite
