HVAC Service / Cleaning Technicians

Stanley Steemer is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to help grow our duct cleaning services. Individuals with strong communication and mechanical systems understanding will thrive in this career.

We are located in Winston Salem, NC but you will visit multiple locations during the day.

This location is hiring Lead HVAC Technicians and Assistant Technicians. We offer Paid Training to help technicians better understand HVAC Systems, their components, and the importance of indoor air quality.

Key Requirements / Responsibilities

• Employees are responsible for the reliable delivery of high-quality cleaning and customer service.
• Must demonstrate safe behavior, self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great attitude.
• Computer skills are required for logs, and various software applications.
• Cleaning, troubleshooting, repair, testing and various other services in duct systems

Physical Requirements

• Walking, climbing stairs and ladders
• Operating phone devices for communications and reporting.
• Keyboarding/typing.
• Operating mechanical equipment
• Driving automobile and other mobile equipment

Experience

• Preferred 1 to 3 years in Mechanical systems understanding (hands-on and distributed control systems experience.
• We offer Paid Training to help you better understand HVAC Systems and their components.
• Mechanical Skills, Required.

Preferred higher education such as vocational or technical degree but not required

Pay

Assistant Technicians $13-14 /hr starting rate

Lead Technicians $17 /hr start starting rate

Stanley Steemer hires the highest quality individuals to serve our customers. Therefore, candidates will be required to pass a drug screening, motor vehicles record check, and criminal background check. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires driving a company vehicle. This location is currently hiring drivers. To drive our company vehicles candidates must be 19 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to move and/or lift 50lbs (avg).
