Job Title: Hydraulic Lift and Exterior Property Construction Foreman

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. DOE

We are looking for a reliable, hard working person with strong attention to detail, safety, and organizational skills needed to lead five-person service team. This is a great, full-time, long-term opportunity to join an industry leader in Southern California’s residential property management/renovation/maintenance industry. Salary negotiable, DOE. Work hours are full time, year-round, M-F 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Duties:

• Install, inspect, and repair hydraulic vehicle lifts

• Walk properties to identify trip hazards and other issues

• Concrete grinding and replacements

• Pressure washing and resealing pavers

• Cleaning roofs and gutters

• Maintaining artificial turf

• Adheres to the policies and procedures manual.

• Maintains a professional, yet friendly demeanor.

• Must adhere to the company uniform policy during working hours at all projects.

• Arrives to work on time, follows directions, interacts well with coworkers and residents, and accepts constructive criticism.

Key Skills:

• Mechanically inclined/good working with tools and machines

• Excellent customer service skills to interact with Property Managers, staff, and VIP residents

• Attention to detail

• Leadership skills

• Safety oriented

• Organizational skills

Requirements:

• Experience in hydraulic lift (or similar) service and repair work is required

• Willing to train the right person in other areas as needed

• Must be able to install, troubleshoot, and maintain vehicle parking lifts

• Must be able to manage and train your team of four technicians

• Must be able to use computers or smartphones to place work orders, complete paperwork, etc.

• Travel to all of our 50+ properties is required, with locations in OC, LA, and Riverside- from Long Beach to Redlands, and Azusa to Costa Mesa

Additional Experience Preferred:

• Pressure washing, cleaning, and sealing pavers and flagstones

• Paver/flagstone installation

• Concrete grinding

• Concrete replacement

• Roof and gutter cleaning and repairs
