Culver Franchising System is hiring for an Innovation Project Analyst. Do you have restaurant manager background and experience leading projects? If so, we have the opportunity for you! In this role you’ll provide leadership and knowledge from your restaurant experience to projects and initiatives. You’ll be leading cutting edge, innovative ideas from conception, to roll-out including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.

If you are someone who successfully:

• develops, manages and implements key operational initiatives
• follows and reinforces operational standards
• leads projects from conception thorugh the entire life cycle of project managmeent including overseeing implementation and measuring success
• leads project team members including working with external vendors
• facilitates, encourages and enables collaboration and communication among project team members and with various stakeholders

And, if you possess:

• 2-year college or university degree in a related field
• 3 years of experience in project management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experince
• restaurant management experience
• strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• strong organizatoinal skills and an effective problem solver
• working knoledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• possess or able to obtain ServSafe Certification
• the ability to travel 10-20%
• the interest in working with a growing brand and business
