UTB Transformers in Nephi, UT, less than 2 minutes off of I-15, is looking to hire an Inside Sales Associate. This role does not involve outbound sales or account acquisition. This position begins at a competitive wage of $20.00/hr. Work days are M-F, no weekends, early mornings or late nights and includes generous paid vacation/holidays. It does have the opportunity to become a WFH or hybrid position following a 6 month training and probationary period. Our site location is in Nephi, UT just off of I-15. This position comes with the option to travel occasionally and meet with some of our great customers and suppliers. Founded in 2008, we are a nationwide electrical transformer dealer offering utility, co-op, industrial, engineering and contractor companies a comprehensive inventory of power and distribution transformers with other products and services to make a small contribution in keeping the lights on across the country.
As an Inside Sales Associate your most important responsibility is to convert requests to orders. The administrative side of this role includes managing CRM accounts along with a variety of tracking, reconciliation, inventory, logistics and supply chain details.
Inside Sales shows pride in their role through ensuring our customers and suppliers feel valued. Communicating with them and making sure you understand their needs is top of mind. You will build and nurture relationships to retain their account and confidence.
Each Inside Sales Associate works hand in hand with one of our fantastic Outside Sales team members. Together you make sure we give our clients the power of options within our inventory and outsourcing to other suppliers.
-- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and Customer Management Systems
- Phenomenal interpersonal and customer service aptitude

- Passionate about organization and attention to detail

- Preference to 3 years or more experience in B2B sales or the energy industry
