Overview:
TMR, Inc. is seeking a Communications Lead to support a client. The position is currently pandemic remote.
Responsibilities:
Successful execution of IT communications activities within IT will increase employee, customer, and stakeholder awareness and understanding of IT's products, services, capabilities, processes, roles and responsibilities. This awareness and its effective application will enable TSA to maximize its return on IT investments, improve end user productivity, increase organizational efficiency, and enhance TSA's overall mission performance. IT communication includes the execution of the following tasks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide Knowledge Management Support
- Develop, implement, administer/manage, maintain, update, and deliver knowledge management solutions that include the following:
- iShare/SharePoint sites, databases, reports, reporting systems/dashboards, and other related mechanisms and collaboration tools (as required by DHS and TSA directives, regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.).
- Ensure all systems and content are approved by the IT Policy and Employee Training Branch Manager; and follow all TSA style/formatting, federal records management and TSA MD 200.7 Records Management Handbook, and security/privacy requirements.
- Shall have 5+ years demonstrated knowledge and experience with individual functional subject matter expertise as well as cross functional expertise in the following: acquisition program management, strategic planning, business process engineering, finance, knowledge management, acquisition training, or Federal and/or DHS reporting systems.
- BA/BS required
- United States citizenship required
