IT Support Engineer Job at Black Sesame Technologies Inc
Responsibilities:
- IT Network Operations or designee, responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of local office and world wide sites network and server infrastructure
- Maintain and config network equipment and all hardware/software to meet security requirements
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Support security and compliance initiatives and standards (encryption, av, firewall, backup, access) on all end-user systems
- Lab Administration of a Dev/Test continuous integration engineering environment
- Manage & maintain all corporate applications
- Hardware purchasing and asset management
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience in network setup and configuration, helpdesk for hardware and software, system administration and server experience is required including for Linux and Windows.
- Windows & Linux Server management/deployment, data center infrastructure, and end-user desktop management/deployment
- 1+ years' recent experience installing and maintaining DLP and security control solution. And experience of working on ethernet networks including firewall, routing, and remote access is also required.
- Well organized and work experience in startup environment
- Build and scaled a network infrastructure
