Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and entry-level IT Support/Help Desk Technician to provide technical assistance to our employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operations of our IT systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support via phone, email, and in-person to employees
  • Assisting with password resets for email and other accounts
  • Timely troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues
  • Assisting with general maintenance of HRMS and payroll systems, including training
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Managing inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Monitoring and maintaining internet usage in our residential homes
  • Documenting and tracking customer support requests
  • Assisting in setting up new services like internet, cable, and phone in residential homes
  • Managing the Microsoft 365 email server for optimal performance
  • Managing and maintaining business social media accounts and website

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • A+ certification is a plus (but not required)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and website management is a plus (but not required)
  • Experience with Paylocity and Paycor is a plus (but not required)
