Since we opened our doors, Recovering Hope Treatment Center has been committed to providing comprehensive and individualized care for clients and their families. Located on 47 acres in Mora, MN Recovering Hope’s campus includes co-occurring residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and outpatient mental health services.

Part Time - 20-24 hours per week.

Summary
The IT - Tech will assist with day to day needs our our facility the help trouble shoot, solve or call in needed companies to help with any issues. They will collaborate with our contracted IT Company to work through pro active set up, updates and clearing of computers as needed. Along with helping educate staff on how to navigate google drives, trouble shoot phone or computer issues etc.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot issues with printers. Communicate and collaborate with Metro Sales
Try to manage color printing other settings on the printers
Help staff with printing and scanning issues
Troubleshoot hardware (and software) issues (ie speakers, microphones, Topaz pads, monitors, keyboards)
Troubleshoot and install desk phones. Communicate and collaborate with Jeff Jensen
Troubleshoot issues with cell phones - work with Total Wireless
Troubleshoot internet connection problems - Communicate and collaborate with Midco
Communicate and Collaborate with Sentry Systems on camera and badge issues
Act as a liaison between James and RHTC staff
Order IT related supplies
Educate staff on how to use the Google drive
Monitor and manage all IT assets

Qualifications

• Basic Windows computer setup knowledge and experience
• Basic network setup knowledge and experience
• Degrees and certifications are helpful but not required
• General IT helpdesk skills and experience are helpful
• Strong ability to communicate through written and verbal means
• Good attitude and ability to learn quickly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.50 per hour
