Overview

Our Fixed Income IT team is hiring bright Java engineers to work on projects directly supporting our Fixed Income trading desk. You will develop and enhance modern E-trading platforms. You will join our Agile development team and be responsible for the full life cycle of development tasks, starting from specification and design to successful implementation, and level-3 production support.

What You’ll Do

  • Working with the team on functional and nonfunctional requirements, technical analysis

  • Designing and developing new functionality

  • Coding and testing, reviewing other team member’s changes

  • Partnering with the quality assurance (QA) team on test automation of new and existing functionality

  • Mentoring and directing more junior developers

  • Willingness to develop front end applications a plus

Skills You’ll Need

  • Relevant work experience

  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of Core Java (11 and above) and multithreading

  • Solid understanding of coding algorithms and data structures

  • Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment or development (CI/CD) pipeline and Agile development (Junit, Mockito, Git, TeamCity, Maven, Gradle and Artifactory)

  • Hands on knowledge of Spring, Structured Query Language (SQL), and network protocols
