As an Individual contributor for JIRA and R&D Tools Administration, you’ll primarily manage our JIRA instance; configuring, and integrating to match business requirements. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience with performing all areas of JIRA administration, including Systems Administration, Application management, change control, risk management and validation.
You will also be responsible for administering various other tools used across R&D.
What You’ll Do:

Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.

Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams.

Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility.

Research and utilize industry standard methods and techniques.

Maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and users to include adding external plug-ins and modifying JQL as needed.

Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation, and configuration of the plug-ins as well as the maintenance

Utilize design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high-impact projects

Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports as required as well as maintain the current ones.

Communicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels.
What You'll Bring:
-
BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience preferably at enterprise companies ; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA as a Project/Application Administrator.

Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence.

Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks

Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA, a must.

Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages, a must.

Ability to automate system tasks using bash, python, perl scripting.

Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation, a must.

Deep understanding of Product Development processes and tools

Experience with Aha, Pendo, Tableau and SQL is preferred

Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.

Strong project management and organizational skills and an ability to meet deadlines

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $94,000 - $134,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
