Advancement for Behavioral & Educational Development & Intervention, Inc. (ABEDI Inc.) provides intensive & individualized Applied Behavior Analysis to families and individuals (children and adults) with significant behavioral challenges and repertoires. Services include in-home ABA therapy, Adult Day Program (PRIDE) Community and Employment support, Behavior Respite Services\Personal Assistance , and In-Lieu of Day Program individualized & collaborative support. Our clinical team is comprised of Behavior Analysts, Master's level Consultants & RBTs who meet regularly and collaborate about each case to ensure the most comprehensive and recent evidenced based approaches are provided to our families. ABEDI Inc.is growing our programs to include social skills (with our in-house PEERs certified trainers) and early intervention services. Paid\on the job BCBA Supervision hours & mentorship and paid RBT training is provided to all eligible candidates.

Job Description:

30 hours per week Monday through Friday (9AM-5PM range)

Work with our PRIDE Day Program participants in a 1:1 ratio in the community, providing behavioral support and mentoring in gaining independence across skills community integration and employment readiness. Work 1:1 with our PRIDE Employment participants at their place of employment. Top candidates will have experience working as a job coach or mentor, experience in special education and/or ABA, and behavior management.

Job Requirements: 18+, High School Diploma, driver's license + clear driving record for the past 5 years, reliable transportation, clear DOJ LiveScan

*We serve clients all throughout the San Fernando Valley, Agoura Hills area, and Santa Clarita*
