Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Scan, code, enter invoices and process weekly check runs.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable arrears.
  • Create timesheet tracking schedules and compare against billing.
  • Prepare billing analysis.
  • Perform all monthly closing functions including reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
  • Produce intercompany allocation of all services and invoices.
  • Produce and post payroll journal entries.
  • Prepare all year-end reports including 941 reconciliations, workers compensation true-up, trial balance review and tax workpapers required by tax preparer.
  • Prepare various financial spreadsheets as needed.
  • Manage monthly payroll reconciliation.
  • Review all shared service timesheets and work with the teams to properly allocate time to properties, projects, 3rd parties, performing billings and reconciliations.
  • Must understand corporate benefits, Medical, HSA, FSA, WC, PFL etc and assist HR & PR teams with true-ups, and properly recording, forfeitures and discrepancies.
  • Assist with any additional financial functions as required.


Qualifications, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (Excel Certified preferred)
  • Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong analytical skills
  • Must be highly organized with attention to details, results oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast pace environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Must be able to work independently

Salary Range:
