Junior Graphics Designer - Partnership Solutions Job at LEARFIELD
LEARFIELD is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer to join the Partnership Solutions Graphics team. This role will support Multimedia Rights sales for LEARFIELD's extensive fleet of clients and partners, designing graphics for sponsored campaigns that will reach college sports fans across the nation. This position will work closely with other activation designers and client support teams, as well as assist the Director of Creative Services with various Graphics team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of assigned projects
- Design both print and digital deliverables that align with client and university athletic brands
- Develop graphics and execute edits for a wide range of clients, campaigns and platforms including but not limited signage, print ads, banner ads, and social campaigns
- Provide updates on progress and workload as directed by the Creative Services Director and activation teams
- Prepare final files for both print and web-based mediums
- Manage revisions to work as needed
- Assist other activation designers to enhance work and shorten production timeline
- Assist Director of Creative Services with team admin needs and out of the box production art requests
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design (or related field)
- Master of Adobe Suite programs Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- 0-2+ years of experience designing for both print and digital
- Creative portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to design for a variety of clients
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines and deal with unforeseen situations
- Strong skillset for crafting layouts with clear hierarchy and visually stimulating content for both print and digital
- Possess people skills to effectively engage with and support teammates
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with an appetite to exceed expectations
Preferred:
- Experience working in athletics or sport-related field
- Skills and experience building landing pages, banner ads and digital signage
- Working knowledge and/or experience managing the backend of a websites and basic HTML
- Basic animation design skills in Adobe motion graphics programs (After Effects and Premier Pro)
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
