Junior Learning and Development Specialist Job at Purchase Green Artificial Grass
Purchase Green is looking to hire a motivating, energetic and confident individual for the role of a Junior Learning and Development Specialist. This individual will contribute to the success of Purchase Green and our customers by assisting in all aspects of training and development.
Responsibilities:
1. Supports succession planning, performance evaluation and retention initiatives to promote a culture of development and enhance organization performance
2. Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training for corporate and franchises
3. Demonstrating correct safety, compliance, and operational procedures
4. Track and communicate Learning Management System reporting’s
5. Create and update training content for both corporate and franchises
6. Conduct observations and audits to ensure training effectiveness and compliance
7. Mentor and coach team members on standard operating procedures and policies
8. Assist with Quarterly and Franchise trainings
9. Assist with annual training conference
10. Recommends training objectives and methods to Learning and Development Manager
11. Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
