Lover's Lane, the premiere store for couples is now hiring a Keyholder for our Oak Lawn, IL retail store.
Our Keyholders are responsible for:
- Greeting and attending to customers on the selling floor
- Providing excellent customer service
- Selling the company's products using advanced product knowledge
- Opening & Closing the Store
- Act as Assistant Manager when Manager is not present
- Working as part of a sales team to achieve individual and store sales quotas
- Representing the company in a professional manner
The ideal candidate:
- Is timely and responsible
- Should have previous retail sales experience (3+ years preferred)
- Should have previous Assistant Manager experience (1+ year preferred)
- Possesses great communication skills
Keyholders candidates must:
- Be 18 or older to apply
- Have a valid driver's license
- Open shift availability
- Have a high school diploma or GED
