FIRST TEAM KIA has immediate opening for an experienced PARTS COUNTER REPRESENTATIVE!!
First Team Automotive Group is family-owned and operated group of dealerships in the Hampton Roads area! We are looking for an experienced Parts Counter Representative to join our KIA location.

Responsibilities:
- Assist all Customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Inform Customers of part requirements and specials.
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Provide high level of Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
- Follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Ensure that all Customers receive their copy of the Invoice.
- Keep orderly records of all Repair Orders, Invoices, Insurance Estimates, and Special Order Parts.
- Keep front counter area clean and uncluttered.
- Maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Duties include, but not limited to daily stocking, processing returns, cleaning, assist Customers and Technicians, assist local Vendors, and more.
Required Experience:
Requirements:
- Detail oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all work assignments.
- Organized and able to perform under pressure in order to meet stated deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
- Communicate effectively with Co-Workers and be a Team player.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays.
- Exceptional Customer Service.
Additional Requirements:
- Automotive Parts Sales experience preferred.
- CDK System experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- High school diploma or GED
