We are seeking candidates that have experience with the age group of 3 to 5 years old in a child care center with Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten age children. We are OVERSTAFFED WITH 32 teachers and 5 full-time mangers to support you, the curriculum is professionally written and you have a full-time dedicated curriculum coach helping our staff. You will not take work home on weekends / evenings and you will NEVER have to write a lesson plan; and we do your supply shopping for you :-). We are looking for the BEST of early education teachers to continue building our team so that we continue to provide the best care and education in our community (check out the Google reviews). Our classrooms follow an annual curriculum, the classrooms are large and are fully stocked with age appropriate toys, furniture and each classroom is AC temperature control.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible (along with a co-teacher) for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children in a classroom
  • Observes all rules and regulations of Primrose School of Broadview Heights and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
  • Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule.
  • Maintains a positive relationship with parents
  • Gets children engaged in classroom activities by employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.)
  • Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
Desired skills and experience:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Preschool or Pre-kindergarten Teacher
  • The ability to manage a classroom of up to 24 children with a fun, loving, positive attitude
  • Passionate about Early Childhood Education
  • Creative, Collaborative, Engaging and Nurturing
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children

  • In total, our PTO and Paid Holidays package gives employees the opportunity to earn up to and extra 16 paid days off per year
  • We have five full-time managers on site and to support our staff of 35 people
