Reporting to the Quality Test Lab Manager, you will join a team that includes four other Technicians. Internally your title will be Expertise and Quality Center Technician. Your primary focus will be to understand and perform any and all tests that are located in the Essilor of America (ELOA) Quality Test Lab. Duties in this position are usually very repetitive, requiring analysis and use of individual judgment. Specific duties for the position include, but are not limited to, testing anti-reflective (AR) coating, hardcoat and digital samples according to procedures.

To be a good fit for the Lab Technician, Quality opportunity, you will have:

• A high school education or equivalent preferred
• Experience with quality control and/or inspection, preferably in the optical industry
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership and responsibility for accuracy
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word and Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer
