Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Landscape Specialist will be executing landscaping operations/projects for properties along with assisting with maintaining the pools and hot tubs.

- Perform grounds keeping duties including, but not limited to: keeping buildings and grounds clean and orderly, cleaning breezeways, shoveling snow, deicing properties, picking up trash, picking up pet waste, emptying exterior trash cans and pet stations, checking exterior of the buildings for appearance, cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and other grounds duties as directed.
- Prune and trim shrubs, small trees, perennials, annuals, and vines.
- Maintain flower borders, beds, and containers.
- Apply applicable pesticide and be able to document those applications according to proper standards.
- Prepare and maintain reports and records of various issues such labor hours assigned, and personal forms such as mileage and cost controls.
- Perform landscaping duties including, but not limited to pulling weeds, leaf removal, trimming hedges, edging grass, and any other beautification needs.
- Assist with proposed landscaping projects for beautification of properties.
- Update seasonal flowers for properties and pools.
- Clean and maintain pools and hot tubs for various properties.
- Report for Snow removal timely to shovel snow and deice assigned properties.
- Additional duties as assigned.
