Laser Machine Operator Job at Reliable Staffing Resources
Reliable Staffing Resources is in search of Laser Machine Operators for a company located on the East side of Columbus, OH.
Job Description:
- Startup and shutdown of laser equipment.
- Set-up of correct cutting parameters and laser operation.
- Maintain equipment to ensure proper working conditions.
- Measure and verify that the parts produced meet print specs.
- Document basic material, production and quality control issues.
- Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level.
Qualities for Success:
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
- Meets productivity, completes work in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
- Observes safety and security procedures.
- Proficient in basic math.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience in manufacturing, CNC laser cutting and fabrication.
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday from 5:00am-3:30pm.
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday from 3:30pm-2:00am.
Pay Rates:
- Starting at between $19.00/HR to $22.00/HR based on experience.
