Custodian: Environmental Services

- Perform Custodial-cleaning tasks along with other personnel in performance of the contract
- Assist with preparing weekly time sheets, supply request forms, accident reports, and time off requests for personnel working with them.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and communicate to the Project Supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.
- Work closely with the Project Supervisor in planning and coordinating all the various duties assigned to the job site.
- Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all equipment on-site and communicate with the Project Supervisor when repairs are required.
- Ability to lead and work with people to ensure they reach their optimum level of performance.
