We are seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to join our team and help us achieve our mission by developing and implementing effective training and development programs for our sales teams.

The Manager of Learning and Development - Sales will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all learning and development initiatives for our sales teams. This individual will work closely with the sales leadership team and other departments to identify training needs, develop training programs, and ensure that the sales teams have the necessary skills to achieve their goals and contribute to the success of the company. The Manager of Learning and Development - Sales will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of sales training programs and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

$90k - $120k annually

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the sales teams.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs for the sales teams at all levels of the organization, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver sales training content that is relevant, engaging, and effective.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that all sales team members have access to training materials and resources.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct sales training evaluations and provide recommendations for future sales training initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external sales training providers to identify and implement best practices in sales learning and development.
  • Manage the budget for sales learning and development programs and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably with a focus on sales training and development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
