Library Assistant Job at Sullivan County Public Library
The Sullivan County Public Library System is seeking a customer service-minded individual to join our team as the Assistant at our Thomas Memorial Branch Library located in Bluff City, Tennessee. The Assistant Branch Manager serves under the Branch Manager and is responsible for assisting with the management of a branch of the Sullivan County Library System in accordance with the policies established by the Sullivan County Library Board of Trustees.
The position is part-time and the library is open Monday-Saturday, 9AM-5PM. Some evenings may be, and some Saturdays will be required. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred. Experience required performing basic accounting transactions and general office administrative duties and familiarity with technology; library experience preferred. Salary is based on education and experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
