Green Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Malvern, PA is currently hiring Full Time and Part Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Job Duties:
The LPN administers and records medications and treatments.
The LPN prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
The Licensed Practical Nurse reinforces supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
The Licensed Practical Nurse participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
The Licensed Practical Nurse assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
The LPN observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual.
The LPN maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
The Licensed Practical Nurse assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
