Our Lift Operations Supervisor assists the Lift Operations Manager with daily operations of your assigned area. Essential focus will be to provide compelling leadership for employee experience and provision of guidance to deliver exceptional guest services.

Our Lift Operations Supervisor assists the Lift Operations Manager with daily operations of your assigned area. Essential focus will be to provide compelling leadership for employee experience and provision of guidance to deliver exceptional guest services.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Training of Lift Operators, including administration of tests and checklists.
- Contribute to the development of training programs and the planning and conducting of crew meetings.
- Assure readiness of lifts for opening each day: staffing needs, adherence to applicable codes and company policies.
- Monitor performance of personnel and lift equipment.
- Correct handling of emergency situations.
- Maintain and review operations related records.
- Schedule assignments of lift personnel of any task that is appropriate for the smooth operation of the resort.
- Assist with operation planning, i.e., logistics, efficiency, etc.
- Promote good guest relations. Resolve guest difficulties.
- Operate equipment necessary to the job: lifts, snowmobiles, hand tools, snow grooming tools, skis or snowboards
- Perform assigned tasks not necessarily related to this specific job, but essential to the successful operation of the resort.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Lift operator experience with knowledge of mechanical operation of lifts preferred.
- Record keeping and supervisory skills preferred.
