Ojos Locos Job Description: HOH Team Member

General Purpose of the Job

The Ojos Locos HOH Team Member is responsible for preparing the highest quality menu items for guests while maintaining a clean, sanitized kitchen area. The HOH Team Member is responsible for consistently following recipes and procedures, as well as adhering to Ojos Locos standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of a Ojos Locos HOH Team Member include, but are not limited to:

• Communicates with management team or chef on any food related issues
• Arrives to work on time, as scheduled, in full uniform
• Fulfills job responsibilities to contribute to a successful operation
• Works directly with team members to ensure all guest requests are accommodated
• Follow recipes; upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish
• Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas; ensures compliance with food handling requirements
• Supports other stations and areas of the HOH as needed
• Maintains neat and organized work areas
• Accomplished all opening, running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next shift

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Well versed in preparing food items while constantly adhering to recipe standards
• Teamwork oriented, fun, energetic, friendly and passionate

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined. Must attend and successfully complete the Ojos Locos HOH Team Member training program prior to working a shift. Must successfully attend and complete all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
