Loader Job at Tempur Sealy
Tempur Sealy is recruiting to hire a team minded individual to join our Aurora, CO team as a Loader.

The loader takes the mattresses/box springs off of a cart and loads them onto a tractor trailer along with boxing mattresses or foundations. The tags must be verified to match the truck number and then the tag is scanned. The load must be organized within the trailer according to the order of the stops the truck will be making. The mattresses and the foundations are carefully moved into each truck (or moved by a cart/wagon) and stood up within it. As the base of the truck becomes filled, units are lifted on top of them to maximize the load size. In addition, when needed the loader will assist the lead and warehouseman on loading and unloading stock pull finished goods. Finally, will be boxing S&F Mattresses along with any other required finished goods packaging identified by the supervisor.
Starting Pay Rate $19.40

Requirements:- Ability to work on a fast paced loading dock
- Strong upper body strength able to lift and move over 50 lbs
- Ability to stand/ walk for the entire shift
- Good spatial recognition to load most efficiently thereby maximizing the cube
- Willingness to work in a non-temperature controlled area, both hot and cold, as trailers are at outside temperature when pulled in for loading
- Must be able to work flexible hours
