Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a highly visible presence on the casino floor to ensure the comfort of each player
• Conduct follow up calls to guests to confirm presence at events/promotions
• Assist in escalation to resolve any problem or perceived inconvenience to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide and post content for the casino's various social media accounts
• Offer & enroll New Member Loyalty Cards while working the casino floor
• Keep Executive Host informed of any potential high limit play in action
• Assists in VIP promo & event execution
• Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events, promotions, entertainment as well as all casino activities
• Various administrative duties with recording and reporting on various events and new card sign ups
• Communicate with Executive Host regrading inquiries of coded players
• Respond to Slot Casino Marketing efforts in real time mobile
• Answer and respond to incoming calls on phone and radio
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills utilizing creative methods to ensure complete satisfaction
• Strong organization skills
• Outgoing personality and enjoys contact with a variety of people
• Flexible with duties to be able to fill departmental needs
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Computer skills using common software programs, IGS experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Knowledge of gaming industry preferred
• Must possess a valid Colorado Gaming Support License
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
