Major Accountability
- Creates and receives ASNs for product and resolve any issues/differences with purchaser and suppliers.
- Creates and sends sales order picklist to warehouse, confirms shipments and investigates discrepancies.
- Tracks incoming shipments with carrier s.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Receives product in the system
- Assists with customer returns and investigates any shipping/receiving issues.
- Arranges and processes vendor returns.
- Assist the Shipping Specialist with routine tasks
- Creates and issues customs documents, as required.
Must have good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other relevant MS software. Attention to detail.
