Responsibilities:
- Exhibit integrity, honesty, a positive attitude, and be knowledgeable of residents’ rights
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Supervise and support CNA team members
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, etc.
- Communicate with the multidisciplinary team about your residents needs and chart accurately
on assigned residents
