Our Urbandale location is looking for a Full-Time Repair Technician. Repairing Macs, iPhones and various PC desktops and laptops will be your primary function.
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of iPhones, Mac Laptops/Desktops, PC Laptops/Desktops and Apple Products in general. Listening, Customer Service, Flexibility, Problem Solving Skills, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math, Written & Verbal Communication are highly desired.

Essential Job Duties:

• Provide in-shop Apple/PC Laptop and Desktop repair.
• iOS device repair (iPhone’s, iPad’s, etc).
• Understanding of Mac OSX, iOS and Windows operating systems.
• Uses specific tools to diagnose issues, make recommendations for repair or replacement to customers and test any new parts that are installed.
• Uses problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical problems.
• Provides accurate timelines for repairs and upgrades.
• Tests, troubleshoots, and diagnoses computer hardware failures.
• Contributes to team effort by taking on additional tasks as needed.
• Provides top-notch customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous computer or device repair.

• Willing to train and certify based on job history and experience.
