The Machine Operator will be willing to train on various Machines and show proficiency. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient start-up process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes.

Competitive Wages Starting $17.50 an hour/Shift Differentials $1.00 for Night Shift

Day Shift from 7:00 - 7:00 12 Hour Shift on a 2-2-3 Schedule

Work Shifts - based on a 24/6 Schedule (Ave 36 HRS Per Week/72 hrs. per pay period) x6 Work/x8 Off

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support the successful start-up of the Morristown facility
  • Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility
  • Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications
  • Follow cGMP procedures
  • Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (All items listed are required unless otherwise specified. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential accountability satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Entry- level Manufacturing experience
  • Basic Computer skills needed
  • Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Overall work history including attendance will be considered in the selection process
  • Motivation for continuous learning
  • Ability to openly embrace change

  • Ability to stand during 12 -hours shifts with regular breaks
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 37 lbs

  • Although the facility is climate-controlled, the temperature will fluctuate slightly with changes in the seasons.
