Position Summary

This position is responsible for operating a pressure sensitive machine to ensure efficient operation of equipment and production of high-quality products.

Second Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm

Flexible to work overtime and weekends as required

Key Responsibilities

Work safely utilizing a working knowledge of LOTO, PPE, and other safe work practices
Perform general set-up of multiple machines
Prepare materials for production process
Load and unload material from machine
Assist in monitoring operation of machine
Track and label finished products manually and electronically
Operate various material movement equipment safely, such as a forklift
Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and maintenance to understand issues
Set priorities to match the importance of job assignments
Participate in continuous improvement projects and teams
Scope:

Physical Requirements

Perform physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs., Standing up to 8+ hours a day, twisting, bending, squatting, and varying temperatures

Selection Criteria:

Education:
Minimum High School diploma or GED

Experience:
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
This role requires basic computer proficiencies, high energy motivation to multi-task effectively, sharp attention to detail, a desire to work in a collaborative team atmosphere, and the ability to perform duties with minimal direction.
