Machinist Job at Palmer Companies, LLC
Palmer Tool is hiring full-time Machinists in Camden, TN (located on Highway 70, less than 15 minutes from I-40 exit 126). We offer competitive wages ($17 - $23 per hour to start, depending on experience and skill), health insurance (medical, dental, vision) with pre-tax health savings account, 401k with match, paid vacations/holidays, and a stable work schedule. We are hiring full-time AND part-time positions on 2nd shift (200pm-1230am Mon-Thur).
The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of machining experience and/or is a recent graduate of Machine Tool Technology program (TCAT, etc). Ability to set-up from blueprint and operate CNC lathe, manual lathe, vertical boring machine, mills, press brake, horizontal planer. We are a custom job shop, where we machine different parts/materials daily. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Part-time positions are also available for EXPERIENCED machinists (semi-retired, etc).
